The Story Behind Bliss1
My name is Ananda Kumar. I live in Forest Lake, Brisbane. I have spent 20 years in enterprise technology and business development, working with companies across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific — from SAP to IBM to some of Australia's largest financial services firms.
But I also run local businesses. I know what it feels like to be a small business owner who is good at what they do but struggling to grow. I know what it feels like to have a phone that rings when you are busy and goes to voicemail. I know what it feels like to do a great job for a customer and never hear from them again.
I built Bliss1 because the tools that exist to fix these problems were either built for American businesses, priced for large companies, or sold by agencies in Sydney who have never met a tradie in Forest Lake.
The R6 system — Readiness, Reach, Reputation, Resell, Referrals, Retention — is the framework my mentor has refined over years of working with local service businesses. I have taken that framework and built it into a single, connected AI system that any tradie in Forest Lake or Brisbane's south-west can use from day one.
